Β  Β - Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to us, as well as the delivery fee for the exchanged item.
Β  Β - The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

4. Process for Returns and Exchanges
